Wojciech Kremer

Wojciech Kremer specializes in civil law, company law, with particular focus on corporate governance issues and bankruptcy and restructuring law. He has extensive practical experience in handling corporate disputes, in bankruptcy proceedings, as well as in providing continuous legal services to businesses. He successfully represents clients in court proceedings, enforcement proceedings and in negotiations. He is fluent in English.

Wojciech Kremer is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, where he studied law (with the overall grade of very good). During his studies he participated in the Program in International and Comparative Business Law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. He completed bar training at the Kraków Bar Association and passed the bar exam with distinction. Before he started running his own law firm, he worked for several years for a renowned law firm in Kraków, where he was a member of the team responsible for corporate client services and restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

In addition to gaining experience, he continues his education and specialist training. He completed postgraduate studies in English and European Union Law at the Jagiellonian University and British Law Center, as well as Accounting and Taxes for the Legal Profession at the Kraków University of Economics. He also took part in a number of additional courses and trainings, such as the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Law training conducted by the Allerhand Institute, as well as The ICC Arbitration and ADR Training Programme organised by the Coordinating Centre of Foreign Law Schools of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University under the patronage of, among others, the International Court of Arbitration at the ICC in Paris.
