Wojciech Kremer specializes in civil law, company law, with particular focus on corporate governance issues and bankruptcy and restructuring law. Wojciech Kremer is a law graduate at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (with the overall grade of very good). He participated in the Program in International and Comparative Business Law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. He completed bar training at the Kraków Bar Association and passed the bar exam with distinction. For the past five years he has been running his own law firm and previously worked for several years for a renowned law firm in Krakow, where he was a member of the team responsible for corporate client services and restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.
In addition to gaining experience, he continues his education and specialist training. He completed postgraduate studies in English and European Union Law at the Jagiellonian University and British Law Center, as well as Accounting and Taxes for the Legal Profession at the Kraków University of Economics. Łukasz Zimowski specialises in providing legal services to business entities and company law. He is fluent in English.
Łukasz Zimowski is a law graduate at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (diplom with award of distinction). He started to gain professional experience already during his studies, as an active member of the Jagiellonian University Students’ Legal Consultancy Service and working in one of the largest Polish law firm.
He is also interested in the criminal law. He is the author of one of the chapters in the monograph “Modern criminal e-trial: present and future” (ed. S. Głogowska, P. Czarnecki, 2024).

She specialises in corporate and capital market law, including in particular corporate disputes, liability of members of management and supervisory boards and disclosure obligations of securities issuers. Her professional experience includes advising on disputes between shareholders and between shareholders and members of the bodies of companies. Aleksandra Łatała-Kremer is a law graduate at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. Monika Kaleta provides tax advisory services in the field of CIT, PIT, VAT and international taxation. She assists in making safe and tax-efficient business decisions. Her main areas of practice include advisory on tax implications of corporate restructuring, real estate transactions and cross-border transactions.
