The following definitions apply in these Terms and Conditions:
- Contact Form – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider, through which the Service Provider enables Users to contact the Service Provider by sending a direct electronic message to the Service Provider using the electronic form available on the Website, which includes a “send message” button located below the form;
- Privacy Policy – a document containing information on the processing of personal data and the use of cookies in connection with the use of the Website, including the Contact Form, available at: https://kremerlegal.pl/polityka-prywatnosci/;
- Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions for the provision of electronic services;
- Website – the website operated by the Administrator, available at the following URL: https://kremerlegal.pl/;
- Service Provider – Wojciech Kremer, conducting business activity under the name Wojciech Kremer Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego, whose permanent place of business and address for delivery is ul. Armii Krajowej 18, Galileo, 10th floor, 30-150 Kraków, NIP: 6762568558, REGON: 383896695;
- User (and in the plural Users, used interchangeably) – any natural person using the Website, including those using the contact form available on the Website.
§ 1 General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules for Users’ use of the Website and the Service Provider’s provision of an electronic service – the Contact Form – to Users via the Website.
- The Service Provider is the attorney-at-law who is a member of The National Bar of Attorneys-at-Law (the professional title of attorney-at-law was granted to the Service Provider in Poland) and is registered on the list of attorneys-at-law maintained by the Kraków Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law, under registration number: KR-4222. As an attorney-at-law, the Service Provider is obligated to comply with the rules of professional ethics for attorneys-at-law, as set forth in the Act of 6 July 1982 on attorneys-at-law and in the Code of Ethics for Attorneys-at-Law, the current consolidated text of which was published as an appendix to Resolution No. 884/XI/2023 of The Board of the National Bar Council of Attorneys-at-Law of 7 February 2023 regarding the publication of the consolidated text of the Code of Ethics for Attorneys-at-Law. The Code of Ethics for Attorneys-at-Law has been published on the website of the National Bar Council of Attorneys-at-Law at: https://kirp.pl/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/kodeks-etyki-radcy-prawnego-i-regulamin-wykonywania-zawodu.pdf.
- To use the Website, including the Contact Form, the User needs:
- access to the Internet;
- a device capable of accessing the Website (computer or mobile device);
- a standard operating system and a standard web browser.
- To use the Contact Form, the User additionally needs an active e-mail address.
- The Service Provider is not liable for any technical issues or limitations in the devices or infrastructure used by the User that may prevent or hinder the use of the Website or the Contact Form.
- The Service Provider is entitled to temporarily block access to the Website or the Contact Form for the purpose of performing maintenance work. The Service Provider takes measures to ensure the fully proper functioning of the Website and the Contact Form, as well as the User’s security, using appropriate technical and organizational means.
- While using the Website, including the Contact Form, it is prohibited to provide, transmit, distribute, or promote unlawful content, in particular by sending such content through any contact channels available on the Website.
- The User is obligated to use the Website, including the Contact Form, in a manner consistent with the law, these Terms of Use, and generally accepted standards of conduct.
§ 2 Personal Data and Cookies
- The Service Provider is the administrator of the User’s personal data.
- The rules for processing personal data and using cookies in relation to the use of the Website, including the Contact Form, are set forth in the Privacy Policy available at: https://kremerlegal.pl/polityka-prywatnosci/.
§ 3 Contact Form – service provided electronically
- Through the Website, the Service Provider provides the User with an electronic service, under which the Service Provider enables the User to contact the Service Provider by sending a direct electronic message to the Service Provider using the electronic form available on the Website with the “send message” function located in the button below that form (Contact Form).
- The use of the Contact Form is free of charge.
- The provision of the Contact Form service begins each time the User starts using the Contact Form and is not limited in time.
- To use the Contact Form, the User provides the following personal data: first and last name, email address, and (optionally) phone number. To send a message, the User must also specify a subject and provide the content of the message addressed to the Service Provider.
- The process of sending a message via the Contact Form is completed by clicking the button labeled “send message.” Upon clicking the “send message” button, the message with the content provided in the electronic form is sent to the Service Provider.
- To send a message via the Contact Form, it is essential to submit a declaration confirming that the User has read and accepted the Terms and Conditions, and has also read the Privacy Policy. The User makes these declarations by ticking the appropriate checkboxes located below the form.
- The Service Provider will respond to the User’s message sent via the Contact Form to the email address provided by the User. The Service Provider may also contact the User by phone if the User has provided a phone number for this purpose.
§ 4 Complaints regarding the provision of electronic services
- The User may submit any complaints related to the functioning of the Website or the Contact Form:

- It is recommended that the complaint includes: the User’s details enabling their identification and contact details, as well as the nature and date of the issue relating to the functioning of the Website or the Contact Form; however, this is not mandatory.
- The Service Provider will respond to the User’s complaint within 14 days of receiving the complaint, using the same means of communication through which the complaint was submitted.
§ 5 Intellectual property
- The Website and all elements used to create it, including content, graphic elements, the Website layout, software, databases, and all materials made available on the Website, constitute the intellectual property of the Service Provider (or the Service Provider is authorized to use them on another basis). To the extent that the Website, the elements used to create it, or the materials made available on the Website by the Service Provider constitute works within the meaning of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, they are subject to copyright protection, and the economic copyrights to them belong to the Service Provider or the Service Provider is authorized to use them under a license.
- Except as permitted by mandatory provisions of law, the User may not copy, modify, publish, or otherwise distribute or resell any content, graphic elements, or other elements comprising the Website or made available on the Website, nor grant a license to use them without the prior consent of the Service Provider.
§ 6 Final Provisions
Services provided electronically pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions, are governed by Polish law. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The Service Provider is entitled to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time, without prejudice to the rights acquired by the User.
The current version of the Terms and Conditions is effective as of June 8, 2026.
